Aylin Cakir has graduated from Beykent University with a degree in Economics. Aylin has specialized in recruiting in different sectors such as legal, finance, and software and is responsible for the human resources procedures and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture in the firm that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and high standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce. During her career, Aylin has had experience in marketing and also worked closely with graphic designers.
