Tatiana is a global citizen who finished her master's degree in environmental engineering and science at Stanford University in June 2018, after having studied molecular biology (B.S.) at the University of California, San Diego. After two internships in food technology in Germany and Chile, Tatiana is now living in Christchurch, New Zealand, where she works as an assistant manager at EcoVilla, a small vegan eco-hotel, and at Grater Goods, a vegan restaurant and store. Besides her work, Tatiana has several passion projects, such as doing some research for The Farm Transformation Institute and organizing events around food technology and environmental protection.
