Fans of either will usually be entrenched in their position and are unlikely to ever admit that the other is the better machine. 

Many reviewers will also attempt to give a balanced argument for and against either.

Xbox One players, on the other hand, have the advantage of using good ol' AA batteries for their controllers. Just like any other battery-operated electrical device, loading those tubular power cells always feels like loading a shotgun.

Today to play a multiplayer game you can simply connect to the internet, sit back, and enjoy fragging random players from all corners of the world. In our day, multiplying meant crowding around a computer keyboard or sitting in the same room. 

As convenient as this is, we wonder if it has spoiled the experience of multiplying that we remember. Perhaps it just nostalgia creeping upon us?

Whenever a new PlayStation console is announced fans have learned by now that any estimated release date is not to be trusted. Any PS4 player today will well remember the delay with its release all those years ago.

Yet, despite this, Sony appears to have a fetish for teasing their loyal fan base with new "features" in an attempt to appease their growing anger. We doubt they will ever learn.

Perhaps they simply don't care about our feelings? Who are we kidding, we'll wait for as long as it takes.
