Burn All Your Anger Away in This Internet Dumpster Fire
Remember the Burn Book from Mean Girls? Well, take that, but make it trashy, literally -- this website that looks like it has time-traveled from the '90s lets you burn all of your rants and feelings about whatever is bugging you in a dumpster fire and experience catharsis in the process.
The rules are simple
It is pretty straightforward, you send an email and then you watch it burn, per Gizmodo. The website, while dazzlingly colorful, is pretty simple, and the guidelines state:
- Send an email to [email protected] with whatever you want to torch. Use plain text or an image attachment. PG-13 rules apply.
- Watch on the live feed as your message is created, conveyed, and then dropped into the rolling flames.
- Experience catharsis.
It would be a purifying experience indeed, wouldn't it? This experiment, as the website states, has come to be after realizing 2020 has been "an absolute dumpster fire of a year for a lot of people."

Send an email and purge your spirit
The creators of the website are asking the real questions: Could a dumpster fire help you get the long-sought relief you've been looking for? As the website states, if you could type out an email, press send, and see it being consumed in an actual dumpster fire, would it help reclaim a little bit of what we've lost? It is for you to find out.
If you're worried about creating a climate crisis while facing your traumas thanks to a livestreamed dumpster fire, don't worry. According to the website, the creators are offsetting by 3x every bit of CO2 this project creates via Cool Effect, which is a crowdfunding platform that provides anyone the chance to support carbon emissions reductions by funding carbon-reducing projects around the world.
