Google Release Clever Easter Egg to Get You in the Mood for Avengers: Endgame

Google is celebrating the highly anticipated release of Avengers: Endgame. To mark the film hitting cinemas, Google has a little surprise for us. Just type “Thanos” into Google desktop or mobile, and then look for the jewel-studded gauntlet on the right-hand side of the page and click.

Then gauntlet powered by the Infinity Stones has the power to wipe out your search results in seconds. Keep swiping in a panic to see your search results just melt away. Google thought of everything with the number of search results dramatically dropping as you swipe.

Click the gauntlet again to return to the real world. If you can’t get the fun to work, try a different browser, probably Chrome is your best best. Avengers: Endgame is expected to make serious money this weekend as it opens across the world this week.

The film has already been getting rave reviews with most amazed at what a stunning job its creators did wrapping up an incredibly complex set of storylines and characters. Be warned though, the film is about three hours long, so don’t order the giant drink alongside your popcorn.
