He was known for his flying feats using carbon-fiber wingsuits
Reffet was born into a skydiving family, and he had performed numerous sky-related stunts throughout his career. Back in 2016, he even flew by a massive airliner in Dubai.

He became well-known through his flights with Jetman Dubai, and the group's pilots could fly at speeds of up to 250 mph (402 km/h), reports the BBC. The sky truly was the limit for Reffet whose motto was "I believe that if you dream big and if you love what you do anything is possible." Reffet was also part of the Soul Flyers' team, along with fellow Frenchman flyer Fred Fugen.
The stuntman was best-known for his flying feats using jetpacks and carbon-fiber wingsuits. Some of Reffet's other feats include soaring in tandem from the world's tallest building, the Burj Khalifa, jumping from an airplane's open door, and flying through China's "Heaven's Gates" in its hilly Hunan province, as France24 reports.
Flying and soaring with jetpacks is an activity that's booming across the world, not just for pleasure and fun but also for life-saving operations.
