Motorola will change its iconic phones' keyboard and small LCD with a 6.2-inch foldable plastic OLED panel and the phone will come with the Android 9 Pie software system. The phone will be released to the market in January 2020 with a price of $1,499.

The display of the phone is outstanding. It has a 6.2-inch pOLED screen with a 2142x876 display. There's also another 2.7-inch glass-covered OLED display on the outside of the phone that allows users to respond to text messages, use the camera, listen to music, check the time and more without unfolding the phone.

The phone will be the second foldable phone in the market after Samsung's Galaxy Fold, and even though there have been some issues with the Galaxy Fold, Motorola is confident with its phone and says that the company has "full confidence in the durability of the Flex View display."

So it seems like with this phone coming up, we're going back to the earlier days of the cell phone. Instead of making bigger and bigger phones, maybe the time to return to smaller phones has come. Despite its really expensive price, the new Razr has so many advantages; you can put it in your pocket since it can be folded, its screen is protected at all times so no more scratches on your screen, and thanks to its front display, you can get limited notifications and it can save you from getting distracted or you can pretend to be dead after seeing who's calling or texting you from the front display.
