New Details Emerge for the Upcoming Square Enix and Marvel Avenger's Game... Sort Of
After Avenger's Endgame, you are probably looking to get your next Marvel fix. The Marvel superhero train is probably not stopping anytime soon and this new massive interest in the world of heroes is encouraging gaming studios to actually invest time and money into gaming experiences surrounding some of your childhood favorites. (See the new Spiderman game.)
Formerly known as The Avenger's Project, the upcoming Marvel's Avengers video game has people hyped and for good reason too. Ahead of 2019 Electronic Entertainment Expo next week more details have been revealed about the game, which does not give us that much to go on but is enough to keep us interested. Let's breakdown what we know so far.
Waiting For The Avengers Project/Marvel's Avengers
Announced in 2017, people were excited about the Marvel Entertainment and Square Enix game, promising a multi-year, multi-game partnership. However, for some, this did raise a few eyebrows.

Square Enix has produced some classics over the past decade including the wildly popular Kingdom Hearts series. Yet, Square Enix is known to take their sweet little time when it comes to games. The game studio loves building hype for a game only for it to come maybe 5-6 years later if you are lucky.
Just look at the comment section for the teaser trailer, for the upcoming Avenger's game. The game was hyped but very little information, let alone a release date has been announced for the superhero game. Two whole Avengers movies have come out since the game was announced.
What Can We Expect?
Fans who have been following the game are excited to get a small update of the game, even though it does not tell us much. Yet, we are sure to get more information about the game during this year's E3. So what did we learn this week?

According to a screen grab from Evan Filarca, "Embrace your powers and join key members of the development team at Crystal Dynamics and the creative team at Marvel Games as they talk exclusively about the upcoming Marvel's Avengers."
"This is the defining Avengers gaming experience: an epic action-adventure that combines cinematic storytelling with continuous single-player and co-operative gameplay. Moderated by Andrea Rene, assemble in teams of up to four players, master extraordinary abilities, customize your heroes to fit your playstyle, and combine powers to defend an ever-expanding world under constant threat."
Based off of other information, the game will be designed for gamers worldwide, and will "be packed with all the characters, environments, and iconic moments that have thrilled longtime fans of the franchise." The game holds the promise that players will be able to interact, fight, and defend a "digital world" for years to come.
I guess we will wait and see what happens at E3. Maybe Thanos can snap more details into existence.
