Raspberry Pi has just revealed its affordable, high-performance, programmable personal computer, built into a compact keyboard, inspired by the classic PCs.

Tired of those heavy desktop computer cabinets? And want to carry something as strong as a desktop computer, ditching out your laptop? Raspberry Pi 400 has just arrived to fulfill those requests.

"User friendliness is about more than performance: it can also be about form factor. In particular, having fewer objects on your desk makes for a simpler set-up experience," the Raspberry blog reads

No computer case, keyboard cable, or a separate system is needed. All this new computer takes is a power supply, a monitor cable, and a mouse.

The new computer comes in two ways. If you'd like to buy only the computer on its own, it's only $70

If you're thinking bigger than that, a complete PC kit which plugs into your TV or monitor will include:

  • An SD card with Raspberry Pi OS pre-installed

Currently, only English (UK and US), French, Italian, German, and Spanish keyboard layouts are available. Translated versions of the Beginner's Guide comes along with the kit. Raspberry Pi plans to support the same set of languages as the official keyboards.
