Google services, including Gmail, Youtube, and Google AdSense,  seems to be down in multiple countries, possibly sending home office workers into a frenzy. 

Google's suite of products is currently not loading, unresponsive, or showing error messages to those who are furiously reloading the pages. With numerous people from different countries encountering the same problem, the hashtag #GoogleDown has also started trending on Twitter.

While Google Search is working without a hitch, Gmail, YouTube, Google My Business, Google AdSense, Google AdWords, Google Photos and Google Analytics seem to be down. Reported problems in the last 24 hours have spiked dramatically, per Downdetector.

However, it looks like YouTube works if you open it on incognito mode. 

UPDATE December 14, 8:30 AM EDT: Google is now saying that the problems should be fixed for the majority of users.

Most of the Google services and websites were down for around an hour on Monday morning as reported by numerous people from different countries.

Google acknowledged the issues with Gmail at 6:55 AM EDT and wrote at 7:52 AM EDT: "The problem with Gmail should be resolved for the vast majority of affected users. We will continue to work towards restoring service for the remaining affected users, but no further updates will be provided on the Google Workspace Status Dashboard."

While the problem looks like it has been solved for the other Google services, Gmail seems to still experience issues. The latest update by Google reads: "We're investigating reports of an issue with Gmail. We will provide more information shortly. The affected users are able to access Gmail, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior.
