IBM, Amazon, Deloitte, DXC, and Accenture are partnering with digital human experts at UneeQ to push the advance and ongoing adoption of advanced conversational AI, according to a recent press release.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) has found its way into a wide spectrum of human experiences — from routine transactions to meaningful, life-changing events. Soon it may be hard to tell where organic interactions end and AI features begin.

Digital humans are AI-powered life-like virtual beings that exist both in the real world and online, helping customers and businesses worldwide. A leap beyond standard chatbots, they even look like us, and are becoming a trend among major companies.
When 2025 hits, AI will power up to 95% of all customer interactions, according to Microsoft. While the vast majority of us would rather speak with a real person, the reality of chatbots run with AI software is inescapable.

Most customer experiences to feature conversational AI running digital humans
And Microsoft might not be wrong. Researchers at Gartner have already identified that 70% of white-collar workers will interact with conversational AI platforms like chatbots, voice assistants, and digital humans daily by 2022.
The future prevalence of digital humans isn't without good reason. Despite their virtual nature, interaction with digital humans gives a feeling of personal touch — partly via their ability to use both verbal and non-verbal cues, including facial expressions or even tone-of-voice.
This will help create a more engaging atmosphere in the most typically taxing consumer scenarios, like check-out lines. This could both save on labor costs and also improve brand image, in addition to customer satisfaction — not to mention 24/7 support.
In short, digital humans help businesses create hyper-personalized experiences for customers. Conversations with digital humans flow naturally and feel eerily similar to the type of conversation you may have with a real-world person. In fact, they're available for order on UneeQ's website.

UneeQ's partnership will drive digital human adoption
UneeQ allows businesses to create a unique digital human interface with minimal effort, offering customers a human touch on the unprecedented scales offered via AI technology. To guide customers through AI development, UneeQ has partnered with technologists, creative minds, and business professionals from IBM, Amazon, Deloitte, DXC, and Accenture.
"Our vision is to become the global standard for digital humans, enabling the best creative minds to design and build amazing experiences that improve human life. Today, we've taken another step towards achieving this goal by launching our new partner program," said UneeQ CEO and Founder Danny Tomsett, in the press release
This ecosystem will play a pivotal role to ensure customers can successfully deploy conversational experiences that will redefine brand experience and create emotional connection with their users," added Tomsett.
Forging cross-industry partnerships for the future of AI
The large-scale partnership is an amalgamation of referral, technology, consulting, and strategic partnerships in handpicked global alliances. "The program enables companies of all professions, including NLP, NLG, chatbot, web design, and consultants, to service the broader digital human customer community and drive incremental revenue," according to the press release.
It's only natural to feel the drive to join the digital human revolution. Not everyone can do it, but many can learn, with a few crucial steps. But it's important to note that despite the increasingly widespread use of systems based on AI, the benefits and risks of using them remain a hotly debated subject.
