There's remote-control, and there's remote-control. When this small remote-controlled Chevy Blazer tackled a gravity-defying obstacle course, not only remote-control enthusiasts' jaws dropped.
Posted on Facebook by Cross-Rc, the five-minute-long video keeps watchers enraptured from start to finish.
Adorned with rough potholes, jumps, sand dunes, bridges, and nearly 90-degree angled ramps, not only is the course insanely cool, and the controller's skills madly good, but the mini car's abilities are mind-baffling.
Kitted out with sturdy mud tires and a decent lift, the K5 Chevy is well set up to tackle the course's narrow obstacles and insanely steep grades.
There are moments where the Chevy clunks down into the muddy ground, but have no fear, it'll persevere.
Teeth-chattering moments include when the Chevy bumps across numerous potholes and ridges.
You also find yourself catching your breath as you wait to see if the little guy makes it up the multiple incredibly steep ramps dotted around the course. But, yet again, you'll be astonished at what a little momentum can do for this Chevy.
Let's not forget the capable hands of the controller, who meticulously transports the car around the course — no easy feat, as anyone who's tried their hand at remote-controlling objects would know.
Rolling over muddy obstacles, sand dunes, wooden suspended bridges, balancing platforms — you name it, this course has it.
But the pièce de résistance, in our humble opinion, is the final obstacle. The Chevy has to carefully maneuver its way along a set of wires, similar to walking across a tightrope. And lo and behold, it makes it all the way through!
If you're keen to get your hands on your very own remote-controlled Chevy (because why wouldn't you want one, after seeing what it can do!), you can get one on Cross-Rc's website here. For a little inspiration, check out the video, you won't be disappointed.
