Impossible Foods, the brand behind the revolutionary Impossible Burger, introduced their still developing new products through a press conference on Tuesday, including the "Impossible milk" or whatever the company will decide to call it when or if it eventually hits the market.
With the increase in people who choose to go vegan or vegetarian either for health or ethical reasons, companies that eliminate animal agriculture by replacing animal-based ingredients with plant-based ones have gained importance.

Impossible Foods is one such company and its famous Impossible burger has taken the world by storm ever since its debut in 2016. Back in January, the company released the Impossible pork, and now, the company is moving on to change another animal-based product for the better.
Same taste, less harm for the environment
The taste of the Impossible milk, just like their other Impossible products, is reportedly going to be indistinguishable from the regular cow's milk we have been consuming for as long as we can remember.
What sets the Impossible milk aside from other plant-based kinds of milk is the fact that not only its taste but its texture is basically the same as the cow's milk. Striving to produce meat or dairy products with plant-based ingredients but still offering the same flavor, feel, and texture, Impossible Foods aims to grow its audience further by targeting the palates of the non-vegan and non-vegetarian community.
Pat Brown, the company CEO, said that the company is working to further develop Impossible milk so that it would taste the same as the real thing, per CNN.
More Impossible products on the way
For the next year, the Impossible Foods team is planning to double the size of its R&D team and has launched the "Impossible Investigator” project that aims to bring together scientists from around the world to, hopefully, work on more Impossible projects. Aside from ethical reasons, humans are the only species that drink the milk initially produced for another species' baby, and that makes no sense no matter how nutritious it might be when you think about the damage we're causing the environment and animals just to get ourselves dairy products.
