Electric skateboards are not only fun, but they also provide a cool way to ride in style. In this video, we see how you can build one from scratch.

We don't want to mislead you here. Building such a board requires advanced tools and expertise but it sure is fun to watch even if you can't build it.

Start with a brass wire wheel brush. Remove all its wires.

Then, take skateboard wheels and change them so that they are screwed into a board properly using a drill. Take the top right wheel and connect it to an extension bit holder, a right angle drill attachment and a flexible bit holder.

Connect the extension bit holder from the middle so that the screwdriver can turn the wheel. You now have an electric skateboard. Every time you turn the screwdriver, the extension bit holder turns and that in turn turns the front right wheel.

The rest of the wheels follow along in the direction of the top right wheel. It might sound simple to make but you do need special skills and tools.

Still, the end result is worth it as this electric skateboard will have you rolling in style!
