The Top Gear crew is often known for their hilarious antics, and crazy homemade vehicles. They have outdone themselves with their customized "hovervan." The goal of the project was to create a useful vehicle that would be able to help flood stricken areas in Great Britain. The actual practicality of the incredibly loud van doesn't really come through in the video demonstration, but it does make for some great TV, check it out above!
