NASA Takes You 3 Billion Miles Away to the Breathtaking Planet Pluto
Ever wonder what it would be like to land on Pluto?
NASA has created a video which offers viewers a trip onto the surface of this beautiful planet. The movie was made using over 100 images. The images were taken by NASA’s New Horizons spacecraft over a six week period in the summer of 2015. According to NASA, "The video offers a trip down onto the surface of Pluto -- starting with a distant view of Pluto and its largest moon, Charon -- and leading up to an eventual ride in for a "landing" on the shoreline of Pluto's informally named Sputnik Planitia."
