Paraglider Sleeps on a Bed While Flying Over the Mediterranean Sea

This man performed the stunt with his eyes closed!

A generation of kids has grown up watching Aladdin and Jasmine gliding with a flying carpet over the fictional Arabian city of Agrabah and dreamed of doing the same thing one day. This man from Turkey is not using a carpet, but we imagine that flying on a sofa and a bed must be equally comfortable.

Known for his interesting stunts, 29-year-old Hasan Kaval decided to take his bed to the skies and sleep -- or at least try to sleep there while paragliding, in Antalya, southern Turkey. After fitting his parachute to a bed with a nightstand and a lampshade, he took off from Yassı Tepe, a hill that is 2,625 feet (800 meters), for an adrenalin-fueled nap.

He decided to wear a sleep mask to shield his eyes from the sun, and slept until his alarm clock went off. He then successfully landed at Cleopatra Beach, a hotspot for tourists from all around.
