Have you ever wondered what would happen if you didn't use your car much or kept it maintained? Well, this 216 Ford F550 has barely been used much since it was built.

Built with a 6.7L Power Stroke engine, with just 27,000 miles on the clock, you'd think the engine wouldn't be in too bad a shape.

According to the YouTuber "Ford Boss Me", this particular Ford has been sitting on a lot for several years and is only used to tow other cars around for its owner auction company.

Spending most of its time idling or doing low-speed jobs on the lot, the vehicle rarely saw any high-speed operation or road mileage.

As a consequence, the Ford has been suffering from a lack of power and white smoking, so the owners wanted to find out why. It turns out, a lot of idling, and pitiful little maintenance has caused some very dramatic changes to the vehicle's engine.

Check out the video to find out exactly what damage this kind of treatment can do to a car.
