Zyrus 1,200 HP Lambo Blows a Tire on Famous Track at 130 MPH
The Zyrus LP1200, which started as a 640 HP Lamborghini Huracan and supercharged to produce 1,200 HP, is a beast, a beast that should be handled with care indeed.
In this video, you can watch the moment the vehicle blows a tire at around 130 mph (210 km/h) on the Nordschleife “North loop” track at the Nürburgring motorsports complex in Germany. The video, taken real-time with first-person with of the driver, might make you feel like you're watching a video game; however, it is completely real.
The terrifying near-crash where the rear right tire sent the Huracan towards the Nürburgring guardrail was captured by the onboard video system. The driver's quick reflexes and calmness, however, saves the car from a full smash, stopping a devastating accident from happening.
Thankfully, after the tire blew around 130 mph, it looks like everyone walked unscathed and the damage to the car was minimal.
